Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which payments made to Operant are refundable or non-refundable.
By purchasing services from Operant, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Setup Fees
All setup fees are non-refundable.
The setup fee covers the time, expertise, planning, and technical work required to configure and deploy services.
Because work begins shortly after payment and resources are allocated immediately, setup fees cannot be refunded once payment is processed.
By submitting payment for a setup fee, you acknowledge and agree that the fee is non-refundable.
2. Subscription Services
Certain services provided by Operant may include recurring billing.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
If a subscription is canceled, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time within that billing period.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel recurring services at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund any fees already charged.
Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Operant to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of the service agreement.
If a chargeback occurs:
- Operant may immediately suspend services.
- Any outstanding balances may become immediately due.
- The client may be responsible for any dispute or processing fees incurred.
Operant reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds if services were delivered according to the agreed terms.
5. Service Termination
Operant reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of applicable agreements or policies.
Termination of services does not entitle a client to a refund of any fees already paid.
6. Exceptions
Refund exceptions may only be granted at the sole discretion of Operant.
Any exception granted in one situation does not create an obligation to grant refunds in future situations.
7. Policy Updates
Operant may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The most current version will always be available on the website.
Continued use of Operant services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
